When I work, I like having some background sounds. It helps me stay focused. Most of the time, I listen to background sounds like white noise, brown noise, or lo-fi music. One site I use is mynoise.net. It has a vast collection of background sounds for various purposes, and I really like it.
It also has a built-in timer that I use for working sessions. There is also a meditation bell feature, which I find helpful.
